Product description
VoidPen is a desktop app for long-form fiction: each novel has its own workspace; chapters are written in Markdown; you configure OpenAI-compatible APIs in Settings; a local vector store keeps lore and context. Your work is stored locally in the workspace folder you choose. Available for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Pricing
The Pricing section on this site provides USD reference pricing (free tier, monthly, yearly, etc.). Final price, taxes, promotions, checkout, and payment flow are defined in-app and on the payment provider’s checkout page.
Terms of Service
Agreement & operator: By downloading, installing, or using VoidPen, you agree to these terms. The product is offered under the trade name VoidPen.
License: Subject to your license, you may install and use the software on your devices for lawful creative purposes. You may not reverse engineer, crack, or misuse the software.
Third-party services: AI and network services you configure are provided by third parties under their terms; you are responsible for fees and compliance.
Subscriptions & payments: In-app purchases may be processed by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record. You are also bound by the buyer terms applicable at checkout.
Disclaimer: To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is”; we disclaim indirect or consequential damages where allowed.
Changes: We may update these terms on this page; continued use means you accept updates.

Refund Policy
Digital goods & subscriptions: VoidPen is delivered as downloadable software and/or in-app subscriptions. Refund eligibility, timing, and process depend on applicable law, your region, and your payment provider’s rules.
How to request: If a third-party provider processed your payment, refunds and billing disputes are usually initiated through that provider or the in-app flow. Email help@voidpen.app and we can help point you to the right channel.

Privacy Policy
This website: voidpen.app is primarily a static marketing and documentation site. We do not collect passwords or require login on this site for purchases.
App data: Your creative content stays in your local workspace unless you choose to export or upload it elsewhere. Optional analytics/crash reporting, if enabled, is described in the app.
Email: When you email help@voidpen.app, we process your address and message to respond.
Third parties: If you pay through a third-party provider, personal data related to that transaction is processed under that provider’s privacy policy.
Changes: We may update this policy on this page.
